"I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

The work on these pages are His...and we are His Steward

H I S

I once called these my hands I hold in front of me

I once called these my eyes and looked at whatever I want

I once called these my ears and listen to the worlds prospective

I once called these my feet and went wherever I wanted once I left my mother's house and before I married

I once called this my house, my car, my clothes,

I once called them my children

Everything I thought was mine I called "Mine"

But when I understood, He gave up everything just to make me His

I started with myself.

I gave them back to Him...

and He made me His steward over what I called "mine"

So now, I welcome all that's His to use for His purpose

to do the work He gave to me.

All that I am and all I have is simply

H I S.

Standing on My Knees!

Being on my knees is an express of prayer

a position of reverencing Him there!

It's a physical position I take from time to time

Though there are many times

I am in His car going to the place He's sending me

though it maybe to get groceries for His Body He gave me

I maybe doing chores

Cooking

Mowing a lawn (but that's surely rare to me)

Or enjoying the life He purpose for me

but suddenly

I'm prompted

to pray

by His Spirit

I yield in obedience

I have no idea sometimes

who's in need of that

right then...

but I've learned

if I let Him lead my life

I might just be used by Him

and found

Standing on my knees.
